About ForgeAcademy

ForgeAcademy came out of a simple observation: most AI training teaches you what AI can do in theory. Very little of it teaches you how to integrate it into the specific, high-stakes work you actually do every day.

The courses here were built by Howard Berkman — a SAFe Certified Senior Scrum Master with 20+ years delivering Agile programs in healthcare and financial services, and the founder of the Forge AI venture portfolio. Every session reflects real workflow, real tools, and real decisions.

This isn't a side project. It's a working system that's been tested in production — at the contract level, at the portfolio level, and at the product level.
